Rules & Guidelines

Dear Parents/Guardian,

• The observance of rules of discipline of school and good behaviour is absolutely essential for a students continuance in the school.

• No shouting or whistling is allowed inside the school campus.

• Bullying and use of foul and abusive language is a punishable offence.

• Morning assembly is solemn occasion. Students must maintain absolute silence during the assembly

• Carrying mobile phones and explosives in the school campus is strictly prohibited.

• Students are expected to respect the school property and handle it carefully. In case of any damage, the student will be penalized to the amount of the damage caused.

• The school reserves the right to suspend or take disciplinary action against the students whose performance is found below the standard and conduct unsatisfactory.

• The school is no way responsible for goods lost on the campus. It is not advisable to bring or valuables wear jewellery to the school.

• Students are accountable to the school authorities for their behaviour, both inside and outside the school campus.

• Wearing of fancy earrings/rings or bracelets is strictly prohibited.

• Half days will not be allowed to any child unless there is a medical or valid reason and the parents come to school and accompany the child back home.

Punctuality:

• Students coming by their own conveyance must arrive in the school before the bell rings.

• Students going back home alone must be prompt in doing so. In case of delay by the parents in collecting the child from the school campus, the child must report it to the office immediately.

• An application for leave of absence mentioning proper reasons must be submitted in case a student absents himself from regular classes.

Parent-Teacher Interaction:

• The almanac must be regarded as an important medium of interaction between the parents and the school authorities. It should be complete in all respects with the photograph of the child and duly signed with the parents.

• Parents and guardians cannot meet their wards teachers during the school hours without the proper permission of the head of school.

• Student must get the report cards signed by the parents/guardians within 3 days of receiving the same.

• Parents can interact with teachers through the school website also.

• Other than regular PTM ’s on every Saturday after school hours and last day of the month, parents can interact with teachers if they want.

Recommendations to Guardians:

• Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies and sports.

• Restrict daily pocket money; excessive spending should be discouraged. The school is not responsible for any loss of money from the school/class.

• All parents are requested to impart health education to the children so that they maintain their personal physic.

• As the medium of instruction in the school is English, a certain amount of regular conversation in English at home will help your ward to follow his/her work easily.

• Do not send gift/expensive cards for any school authorities for any occasion like Deepawali/Teachers Day or Birthday.

• Do not give any money to your ward for any class collections/charity unless you get written information.
