Dear Parents!
As you may be aware from news reports that a very sad and unfortunate incident of the death of a child happened in Children’s Girl School in Azamgarh. Our hearts go out to the parents of the child. At the same time we stand in the solidarity with the school Principal and Class Teacher who were arrested without a proper inquiry into the matter for doing a routine job of checking the bags of children to see that no restricted items like mobile phones which are against the school rules to get the school are confiscated.
On the 8th of August we are closing the schools, in the solidarity with other schools of UP for the children and staff will be working with black bands as a mark of protest against the unjust act and in solidarity with the Principal, staff and management of the school in Azamgarh.
